°Ä²Ê¿ª½± offers a range of semester-long study groups. Each is led by a °Ä²Ê¿ª½± faculty member, with programs designed to ensure that all course credits earned while studying abroad earn credit on °Ä²Ê¿ª½± students’ transcripts.
While °Ä²Ê¿ª½±â€™s study groups offer students a robust choice among experiences, they cannot cover all global opportunities. °Ä²Ê¿ª½± has, therefore, evaluated and approved additional non-°Ä²Ê¿ª½± study-abroad programs in which students may participate.
In addition to full-semester off-campus programs, °Ä²Ê¿ª½± offers an array of extended studies. These are full-semester, on-campus courses that feature an additional partial-credit, off-campus experience of several weeks following the end of the term.
The following °Ä²Ê¿ª½± semester-long study group is led by faculty in the Department of Romance Languages and Literatures and is a favorite among majors in the department.
Students with significant Spanish language ability live and study for a semester in the dynamic and culturally rich Spanish capital. Through immersion and coursework at Universidad San Pablo CEU, these students perfect their Spanish language skills, acquire a deeper knowledge of Spanish life and culture, and undertake a diverse and challenging academic experience in Madrid.
My experience with the Madrid Study Group was absolutely unforgettable. Between speaking Spanish 24/7, attending classes at CEU San Pablo, and wandering the city with my Spanish and international friends, I felt completely immersed and integrated in the culture.
